Im sorry if ive upset some people but im merely expressing my views on Bulgaria. Its a cheap holiday and you should go with that mindset.
This board is for discussing not getting upset with opinions that dont match what you believe. There are a few people who think Bulgaria is the best country in the world, fair enough but id choose Cannes or Monacco any day of the week in the summer and Switzerland in the winter.

I have been to Bulgaria skiing and found it dirty, deprived and impoverished. The skiing was fab but the accommodation, food and general cleanliness was terrible. Thats my opinion so accept it.

Unfortuately some people are not in a position to holiday in Cannes or Monaco in the summer and Switzerland in the Winter. So its only natual they get upset when people start to ridicule a place they have saved hard to go to and enjoy. We all don't live a blessed lifestyle like some!!!re: Is this board not for discussions?

I think he sentiment is correct, though the way she wrote it may not be.Bulgaria is not for some people, while other will love it. Accept that and it all becomes a little less stressful.
Last year i was skint, went to boro, had a great time. Have a few more quids this year so i'm going to Italy. No snobbishness, just fact.
Smile folks, it's all about skiing after all!
