Feel like death warmed up and no energy to reply / post to anything at the mo' but to let you know it is currently snowing (very lightly) at top of gondola. Will probably amount to next to nothing, but thought we would let you know.B&K

Hi Kas,Hope it wasn't swine flu. Bet the inlaws have been filling you up with the local remedies, boiled cabbage water, horse fat on the chest etc.
Is there anything you need in the way of meds, beechams, paracetamols etc. brought over ?

p.s If I didn't feel ill, reading all the negative / depressing posts on here would certainly make me....!! If you think it's bad for you, think on this...we decided to run the White House this year to try and make something and also to avoid people being ripped off on the top of the mountain.....we've manged to open for 1 week, but all the beginners classes at the top (only run that is open) are either with Borosport or Samokov and as such aren't allowed to come into our restaurant as they ...

If you think it's bad for you, think on this...we decided to run the White House this year to try and make something and also to avoid people being ripped off on the top of the mountain.....we've manged to open for 1 week, but all the beginners classes at the top (only run that is open) are either with Borosport or Samokov and as such aren't allowed to come into our restaurant as they have to eat in the other 2 places, so all in all, the fact that it's just 1 weeks holiday and not your business and you can at least do some skiing, is pretty good I think....

We're fine thanks, got everything! Bobby convinced me to go to Borovets last night, then convinced me that Rakia, beer, brandy would make me feel better....it certainly didn't work!! Going back to the hospital in the morning....
And sorry for the rant (above) I usually try and stay impartial on here but it's a tad difficult, especially when people are asking what the snow will be like in March.... If you look at the Borosport website, they are saying there is 80cm at the top of ...

Hi KasMe and SP arrive on the 22nd.Look forward to seeing you both and will have a good time snow or no snow.If no snow will have to do all the drinking that week and concentrate on the skiing in canada.

Looks like a course of antibiotics for you, the only negative no alcohol till at least after Jan 22nd.
Oh now there's a coincidence
As regards to negative posts, I've been on this board to long to take any notice of this. I know what to expect in Borovet, when friends ask me I tell them warts and all, their decission usually they enjoy and keep coming back year after year.

If it do'nt get better before we arrive then maybe it will when were are there. If not then sob it, will still have a drink.

Hi KasSounds like you have been really ill, do hope you are feeling better. Good news on the snow. We don't come out till 16th Feb but my son and friends are out on the 1st., just praying that it keeps on snowing. Get well soon. Hazel and David
