This time last year there was almost no snow on the ground in the webcam picture. Then by the 10th, everything was covered... Go and look.

Just came across this board while searching for snow reports - hopefully pampsmad is right and the snow will start to fall on the 11th, and continue through to January... I love snow!

I am travelling out on the 23rd with 5 lads, all first time snowboarders. It has been snowing by then for the last 2 years (webcam archive) but someone told me about a 5 year snow cycle and this year is a bad year, anyone heard this??
