I am struggling to find , at a reasonable price, a set of jackets for the race team we are taking to Boro in March.Does anyone know a good place to get matching jackets from 5 yr old to 15 yr old????

Decathalon Sports are worth looking at, they do those ages at reasonable prices. Not sure where you are but there's one at Lakeside near Dartford Crossing M25re: Jackets

Nevis sport (dont know if they are on line)- do sets of mathing jackets different sizes (or used to do them)- if its a genuine competing race team,have you not tried sponsorship from the likes of salomon etc- even if its just obtaining good price for quality jackets or suits?,could get them some advertising in the local press etc

Try Tog24, they manufacture in the UK and might sponsor you, their gortex jackets are so soft you wont believe what they are, and I skidded on tarmac with no reprocussions so they will last years.Andrew

yes they race at 5, thanks for the tip re Diel, but we need them over here to get printed up, the club Lauren is in in Boro, Chamkoria, get theres via the rossignol shop and they are Dare2b good jackets. The problme (sponsorship!!!!! sorry but we have the top ranked woman in our club and she gets next to b****r all!!! skiing is not at all well supported here, and thats from the lottery down unfotunately) no the problem to an extent is to get a jacket across all the sizes, i ...

The boss at Tog24 is a crafty top geezer, offer to take loads of pictures for his next catalogue, get mummies and daddies to sign off on publicity shots and offer to fly his flag on the slopes where you compete. I think he will flog you some gortex jackets for nothing. He can right it off as a charitable donation and a loss. They must cost him £20 each and us £400. Mine was but you can shower in it, I tried. Fraser just out of curiosity how do youngsters get involved in ski teams that young??? I know my local dry slope does race training but it doesn't seem to be run by a team.Dona
