He reckons that it will snow soon, possibly as soon as tomorrow. 
Resort update.
Well, the back blue and the long green run home are skiing well but other slopes are once again thinning. The new blue run served by the 6 man chair in Garys words is FANTASTIC and he Ted and Moey boarded down it yesterday. However the last 300 metres is not skiable and they had to walk this final part. Still worth it though and he reckoned it is the best slope in the whole of the resort for width and ...

So news is not too bad, and it looks very much as those going out this weekend could have the best conditions this season so far, IF the promised snow comes to the party

I know - think its time to swap roles ! Do you think he will fall for that ?I'm jealous really - I went on the new lift a lot over Christmas and New year and took loads of pics for the guys so they could see the runs and the potential 'fun parts' etc !! And now they have been down there without me - just a little bit green

Very encouraging report from Gary. We're heading out to Pamps from Dublin on the 31st, hopefully to lots of snow! A couple of days ago I was one click away from changing my booking to a different resort (in a different country) but at the last minute decided to stick with it and hope against hope that I made the right decision. We had the same problem last year and the year before but everything worked out well in the end so fingers crossed there'll be a BIG dump in the next week or so!!!! ...
