i'm going to be in Bansko next Monday, is it going to be busy the gondola next week? What type of clothes we can wear in town?

Thanks for this positive report (unlike some posted today!). Does anyone think there will be these horrendous queues at half term - 11th-18th Feb? Anyone done the Manchester-Plovdiv trip? Feedback gratefully received.

Bedrooms very comfortable and ours had a sunny balcony which was pleasant on the mornings when we didn't rush to the slopes. Great power shower (apart from New Years Eve at 7:30pm when I'm guessing demand outstripped supply!)

Plenty of building work in progress, but didn't really bother us at the Perun. Enjoyed strolling round the old town - the bars/restaurants looked very tempting but we didn't get the chance to sample.

Our instructors were arranged through Neilson - all 3 were very good covering beginers, 2nd week skiers and intermediate groups. The resort was very busy, so it was great that the groups were all less than 8 people.
