It was sunny all week but it was lovely, the only place the snow was melting a little was on the bottom of the ski road just at the start of the gondala- apart from that all ski runs are looking quality. Have loads of photos if your intrested.

First of all, Bansko is amazing. Cheap freindly and excellent slopes.

So pack some food as you have the transfer after the flight. Airport was very basic but quick and easy to get luggage.

I stayed in the Hotel Orphey, I made friends with people at all hotels and there all lovely well plush hotels. The only beef i had about our hotel was the food it wasnt great, but you can eat out for far cheaper and far nicer.. The Goldon Fox is a brilliant place, two of us ate there for £8 and that was with starters, wine, coffee and a couple of drinks!!
I didnt do the ski school but had friends that did and they said it was brilliant you will have so much fun the kids will love it.
The place is lovely and very well organised the ski hire we didnt use either but Balkan sort this all out so when you get there the next morning you all meet to get geared up- all the kit has barcodes etc so they no whos is whoes, you keep your boots to take back to your hotel (if your sking that is) from friends they advised it was very well organised and the gear was all brand new.
Lifts and Gondala wicked!! The views amazing i will email photos when i get a chance when you off???
The place was so good were seriously looking to buy a place out there!!
Will mail photos soon, feel free to ask anything else.

anyway, cheers for the photos if you get a chance to send them,
