Ski Centres cannot close any later. The last lift up is 4.30pm and by 5.30pm it is almost dark. They have to ensure the mountain is clear and nobody is left up there, and any novice taking the last lift up may well take an hour to get down again. The depots are open until after 5pm so not sure what the problem was there?
If your skis were missing for 4 days, why didn't you hire a pair? I certainly would have! Were they your own or hired ones and how did you eventually get them back?

If they were hired ones and went missing from your depot then you should have insisted on a replacement pair.
As for things to do - there is tenpin bowling, swimming, husky rides. skidoo rides, pool tables, shops, sauna, toboggans, massage, casino, as well as many cafes and bars.
Because it was not just the skis but boots goggles, 2 x gloves, 2 x hats.
Went to look at buying some gloves but the cheapest I could find was 40 levis for gloves and I was told the skis would arrive Mon, on Tuesday I was told it be Wednesday

It probably gets dark around the same time in Finland where you can ski until 8pm, Poland and Slovakia where you can ski until 10 pm
Shops - where?
Yes did some bars and cafes, did some swimming and bowling.
I met a few people who did not come to ski or got hurt and each one complained their was little to do in Pamporovo
Get real - that has to be the daftest posting so far this year!
They may well have floodlights in Slovakia in which case they could ski all night. But to suggest people should be allowed to ski in the pitch dark - plain stupidity!
