We travelled with Inghams and our rep, Maria, was brilliant. nothing was too much trouble for her and everything was well organised. Other people in our hotel who had gone with different companies had some problems.karen

Great report Gaby. I have travelled with Balkan on 3 occasions to Pamps never realy had that much problems with them but decided to try Inghams last March. I cannot praise Inghams highly enough and would agree with Karen about the rep Maria very nice and helpful. The reason I changed to Inghams is they have better flight times from Gatwick with Thomas Cook Airlines so you get a decent plane and better food. The food on Bulgarian aircraft is awfull and as for the Planes well not exactly a ...

Dave your story of the first morning sounds terrible,With Inghams we all met our Rep Maria in the Murgavets where she issued the lift passes and then escorted us all to the Malina depot and waited with us until we all had skiis. Brilliant I hope this has not changed this season.

Hi ,we got back from Borovets yesterday, and we went with Balkan holidays and we were fine. Just one hiccup was that when we picked our skis up we did not know who was are instructor but as far as Balkan go we could not fault them. you make the holiday what it is not them.re: Just back from Pamps with Balkan

We went last year but with Balkan. Had no real probs apart from flights stopping at Newcastle rather than being straight from East Midlands to Plodiv which they should have been. We found the rep helpfull.We decided to try Inghams this year because we wanted a better flight and a nicer plane. Also we do like a bevvi on the flight

spoke to some people whod gone with inghams last week, they told them to book lift passes and boarding in the resort as it would be half price !!!!by the way 2 lev for a beer is horrendous, we paid 60 stinkys where we stayed
