re: Just back from Pamps with Balkan

We had nothing from the reps until we were collected by a ski instructor arranged by our reception ladies and taken to the depot number 1. There, the Balkan rep Eli was standing behind a desk asking for 6 leva for deposit for each pass, once we got to the head of the queue. By this point we were wondering what was going to happen next before we could actually get up the mountain!

The moral of all of this story is - yes, you go for the skiing and to have a good time, but some companies make it more difficult than others, a good rep will help make your holiday great, and Balkan last week gave us stress which was frankly negligent because it was so avoidable.

Balkan is in the position to be the best company on the market, but I can't help feeling that they're missing opportunities to promulgate a new generation of Bulgaria fans.

The other thing I failed to mention was that we booked late and had to fly from East Midlands due to flight availability, which is about 3 hours drive from home near south coast. This I don't mind, but there were people who lived in East Midlands who were forced to fly from Gatwick as Balkan said there were no flights available from EMA. On my flight in both directions, I would say that the plane was only 2 thirds full. Come on Balkan! Get it together.
