Just back from pamps

Just back from pamps last night, me and the family had a great time we love the place. Snow conditions, from mid station up sking is good on all black red and blue runs the green from the top got a lot of use due to the poor conditions on the lower slopes, it needs a good foot of snow at resort level to bring the nursery slopes up to scratch. Lets hope this new snow will be heavy enough. Any Questions i will be on for a while.

Lloyd - did you ski the blue run on the far side - the one with the butto lift? That's my absolute favourite. Off tomorrow - can't wait!

I did and it is in good condition, that button lift can be fun though !

Hmm - last year it broke down just as we got to bottom, so had to walk back to top carrying skis ... now THAT was an experience!

What do the locals think? We come out on 25.2.07, is there still going to be enough snow then without it being too icy on the slopes. Is the ski run down to the ski centre ok to ski on?

On the Chepelare webcams it looks like their having a major dump of snow at the moment, you can hardly see them.

Locals just cant be sure they say this is the worst snow conditions for 87 years, the green run down to the ski centre is in very poor condition needs a foot of snow at resort level and the temp to drop, it was icy and very slushy in places when we left yesterday.

Do you always go at the same time of the year? Have you ever been during the last week of the season? March29th - April 5th? If so what were the conditions like then?
