They presume that if there is no snow you will not need any webcams, because there will be no snow to see. All of us want to see snow on the cams, if no snow then why should we look at them?
This is not for the first time, it's a practice in Bulgaria. It's the way Bulgarians do business Sad

I find they have quite a few technical problems but they are a private company part owned by English.
