Bulgaria Ski discussion board

Hi All,
I've been wanting to book a snowboarding holiday in Bulgaria for a some years now but its always been a little to early for the snow to get good. But this year we are looking to go at the end of this month. I've heard its and amazing Country to visit with some great resorts. Were looking to book for either the 21st Jan or the 28th to Borovets or Bansko.
My question is what is the best and cheapest way to book my last minute holiday? Am i best searching the usual websites until last minute or book everything up seperately?
what makes it a little more difficult is there is now 3 of us going, so we either need 2 rooms or a studio.

Any help and expertise would be really appreciated!

book your flights and accomadation seperate you will be sure to save money,alls you need to do then is email kas and she will sort transfers and ski hire for you, the flora appartments are ideal as they are beside the gondola, beside the bars and above hunters(ski rental shop),you will find plenty of 3 man rooms there too as they are mostly priced on a nightly rate rather than per person ive stayed there the last 2 years and staying again in feb,honistly its a really ideal base its buy everything.

For bansko, try Hotel Avalon (I can personally recommend and James and Vania very helpful-but only b&b, though in a quite back street so may not be suitable if you want to party, but think they may be full for your dates alternatively two possible chalet options.

Devonshire Lodge (who I have met in the summer and are a nice couple from Devon-Glenys & Nigel), or perhaps Piste & Peaks (or some such name). Need your own flights but I their prices include transfers.

Half board I understand food can be mixed, but then I have booked half board as that was what the Hotel was on-but if not happy I know there are plenty of places to eat.
