Tomorrow (Monday) will see heavier falls of up to 10cm and that will be backed up be even heavier falls later in the week, probably Thursday. This should see in excess of 20 - 30 cm falling over the next 6 days. The temps will remain well below freezing with an average of -8 degrees throughout the week. Snow cannons will remain in operation to assist in the pieste build-up provided the temps remain as they currently are predicted.
The snow teams are well prepared this season to keep the slopes in the best condition possible and the snow that is due this week coupled with the freezing temps should allow them to form the base which is required to maintain ideal skiing conditions.
