But there is only a very thin layer of snow on the ground. A gust of wind and it will all be be gone again. If you look at the nursery slope in the distance you can already see the snow is thinning out. For it to last for any period of time we need at least 20 cm.
Thats at the bottom and theres more on the way, every little helps.
Ive watched the satalite pictures over the last few weeks and they have changed everyday. If i'd taken notice of them it would still be green. I would just look at the 2 day forcast if I were you these are more accurate than the six or 14 day ones.
And its staying cold so the cannons will be working their socks off.
Oh no! Here I was all excited and now I dont know what to think! I thought the snow looked good but Walshey has a point it does look like its thinning on the nursery slopes And seeing as Im a beginner thats where I'll be!!
There are more nursery slopes higher up and and I understand that they are keeping these in good condition so that the beginners will all have their lessons. Stop worrying
snow is good here now, taking time out as arse took a bit off a bump yesterday, sat in the web cafe in the orlovets. monday tuesday ski crap but excellent yesterday. more snowing lightly now.......got to go money running out
