One thing there are 3 or 4 different lift pass prices high/med/low ski season.However they have never modulated hese prices if demand is falling - the opportunity cost of not doing this is very material.
I do nt think their strategy in commercial pricing leaves a lot to be desired.....

If the forecast is to be believed and the temperatures stay low the cannons will continue, and the coverage will be good. Already the ground is frozen on the mountain, the cannon snow offering an insulator to maintain this. This is being added to like today with very fine natural snow falling on the mountain, it can be seen in the trees. It is actually to cold for a sizable fall, but we are not complaining... This time last year was a deluge of rain and very mild temperatures, the ground ...

The Skidvd website is accurate with webcams as it is our friends site and we are moderators on there...The lift re-charge works like this(according to last year anyway)
When you buy a lift pass(if a day one or whatever) you can then go online to re-charge for next day. I think you pay by credit card and not sure if other options are available. Steve put a link on here last year I will try find it for you as it does explain how to use it .

that's quite a treat I must admit and i wouldn't mind using this option from my room.Any problems mentioned or experienced using the online refill when using the magnet ? I read (i think on tripadvisor) about the magnet being deactivated because it was (or maybe) laid near a mobile phone. So the pass didn't work and they refused to refund the money to the tourist.

Ok found the link..... this is what was there last year though no-one knew about it.....It does explain how to do it on here and does give other info etc etc
You have to sign in and register. The system is not working yet due to the resort not being open but Im sure it will come back on line once opened. The link on the website banskoski.com will then go live I assume with all info....
