I didn't see much of the hotel part, the loung bar was quiet but cosy and the food looked good although we didn't eat in. My apartment was roomy and clean and very warm, we had to turn all the radiators off.
Last year we stayed at the Rila and the Flora is much better than that. Generally hotel food is not good so we went room only this year. The swimming pool is small but clean and a bit too cold. There is an Irish bar downstairs next to the swimming pool but I never saw anyone in it ...
