I have 2 apartments in Lucky Banskowill be out myself during Dec to March on and off.
Spa is great and staff do smile in here!

You have 1 beds or studio or penthouse?Have a place in it myself - just having a feel around as to what people thought of it. I stayed there once in April and really liked it.
Do you have a 2 year rental guarentee?/what will happen after that deal ends?

I have one on rental which is a studio and the other one I have kept for myself which is a 1bed apartment.The rental return has been very good so far.
Not sure what happens after the 2 years but I am sure they will want to keep it on. They asked me if I wanted to rent my other one out a couple of weeks ago.

With the one which is non rented do the maids clean it for you when you stay?

Ive only stayed in it once so far - April 08 really liked it bed was so nice. And will be staying in it this coming Nov.
Due to timings I missed to book my time for the peak ski season so i have opted for another week in April09, still lots of skiing.
One thing which I have found out - in Nov the 24hr bar will be open from 8am until 8pm. Im not sure why a bar needs ...

Yes they do clean it for a small charge.I have been out about 8 times now and most times arrive about 3 am in the morning. The only people` I have seen at the bar are the staff and security. But the place is so friendly and once the staff get to know you they smile and you can have a good laugh. I have now made friends with locals and being to there houses and met there families for a drink.
I will be out with my family from the 17th Dec to 30th Dec
for my first visit of the new ski season.

Hi , i read on here that you like me have 2 appts in lucky bansko , would you mind telling me what you are doing regarding rental as our 2 years has expired and the new terms they are offering is pretty poorKind regards Stuart
