Magnolia and Zarena

Mannolia or Zarena. Anyone heard of these new projects or know where they will be in relation to the mountain. I have never been to Pamporovo but am thinking of taking a gamble on buying an apt there. If i dont rent it i may be struggle.
It sounds like most of you on the forum are regulars and have a good laugh.
Where do rate Pamporovo in relation to Bansko.
p,s, how do you the smley ?

You should not buy an apartment if you can't afford the payments. It's crazy to rely on rent. You would be lucky to rent out during the winter, no chance during the summer.

BTW, not heard of the apartments, sorry.

dont buy if you need to rent it out I have seen this too many times and places arnt that easy to get ride of as they are building new and thats what they want to push not used appartments, one problem if you dont get the rent and need to sell you could be in major trouble, only look at it as a long tern investment for you and your family and any rent is a bonus not a necessity.

I ahave already bought in Spain walking distance to the beach. When we bought they were the only apts in that location, now there are hudreds more. This has not made a dent in our rentals, in fact they are increasing every year.
I have learned Spanish and have people taking care of it, If the rentals stopped i could cover the mortage. For the family it is fantastic. It is a long term investment and who knows maybe i could retire there.

The locals are very grateful for the improvements made for the town and the eccomony.
I could cover the mortage in Pamporovo but the resale would be a worry.
p.s. i prefer winter skiing to the beach i wish i could ski for a living
Thanks for all the input, KEEP IT COMING i will ski there this season.

Mike in the end it is up to you but the advice is. If you can afford the mortage on the place and you are happy if you only get a couple of rentals and you just want a place that you can go to and ski then go for it. If however you are expecting to be full with rentals and need this to cover your costs then forget it. Think long term but who knows if the prices will rise as quick as they have done.
