Am off skiing for the first time in February....getting very excited already!!! Anyway, we booked to stay in Malina village chalets. Have seen the brochure stuff, and someones video off google that showed inside the chalet. This forum is ace...getting quite addcited..anyway..was wondering if someone could help me with a few questions?????
1) My friend is worried that the chalet might be cold(!!!).They look cosy and warm to me....are they???General impressions???

Stayed their 2 years ago. Chalets are heated by electric storage heaters downstairs and the heat goes through to upstairs so as long as they are turned on the chalets are lovely and warm.
Bathroom floor has underfloor heating so its great for drying out the skiing clothing but the hot water tank only holds enough for about 2 showers at a time.
As this is your first time I presume you have hired your skis etc in which case you will leave them at the ski depot.

You have to walk to and from the slopes morning & night so you wont want to be carrying skis etc anyway. Walk is only about 400 metres though and you can stop of at the bar for a tipple before resuming the trip to the chalet

Were are off to the Malina village on th 27th, where on google did you find the video, from what i have read they are mostly hot apart from when someone forgot to turn the heating on. It is in a good place for the ski school, but is a taxi ride to the main village area,

All 4 of us have own boots, two own skis, one own board.....we're very keen beginners!! HAd loads of dry ski lessons, and been to snowdome a few times.
Will definitaley have loads of fun! and plenty of
go to video.google.co.uk and type in pamporovo for search term. Video is about thirty minutes long....chalet tour is about 1/2 way through. Think its summat like hannah mcinley productions ...possibly...maybe.....
