I cannot believe it 4 sleeps to go and I have come down with the dreaded Man Flu. I am stuck in bed feeling sh1t. I am supposed to be skiing with my kids on Wednesday but cannot face it (I know I'm ill now!!!!).
I need a quick fix to take me from to and hopefully to .
Any ideas anyone, I don't want to miss the 26th at the Rila and Buzz, especially now I have forked out for something blue.

the only cure known to man flu is:
1/2 a mug of hot milk with 1/2 a mug of malt whisky- 2 sugars. drink 3 to 4 of these in the evening.
1: you get blootered
2: it destroys man flu
3: its guaranteed
Even if you dont like whisky just do for the sake of your kids. i absolutely guarantee success.
2 oranges peeled and roasted for 15 mins in the oven with sugar on top....then crush the oranges and add 1 ibuprofen, a lemsip and brandy with boilding water....works a treat! Then go out and drink copious amounts of Jack Daniels and coke.

Grind the tablets up to make a fine powder, mix well into a large whisky, and down in one. Don't recommend it if you've ever had problems with your kidneys or liver tho!

Fresh lemon juice (only) in hot water as stong as poss but nice to drink acts as a detox .Best to take in the morning at least half an hour or more before food.Thru the day if your stomach feels squeemish drink fresh lemon juice in cold( normal tap temp) as it will help settle your stomach being that lemon juice in cold water is non acidic.If you are chesty put a few drops of Olbas oil in hot water,put a towel over your head and inhale.Put a few drops of this on your pillow for night relief. ...

Sweating it out is also a good idea and heaps of fresh air.I think people make the mistake of staying in bed all day ,your system needs to fight it.
