Cassy if you are serious, drop me a line, we can sort it out for you, its a little bit strange in BG cause the the 'official' ceremony is actually civil and the church ceremony is just a blessing. You do have to swear the civil ceremony in the town hall, in front of the clerk/advocate. If you want to do this in Borovets, the civil ceremony will be down in Samakov, but anyway get intouch direct if you want more info
