Massive thaw, snows gone...

Its official, temperatures have risen and the snow has disappeared.... cancel your holidays and forget about skiing, perhaps consider a week in the peak district, or hill climbing in Snowdonia...
We will have to stay here of course, because its our home, and if we do get a little chance to ski, im sure you would not resent us to much (you know, absolute crappy conditions, with snow filling our pockets, and hoods sometimes
)
So as i said, don't come, its not worth it.. your better off ...

Thanks Steve, i've just cancelled my flights, if you see him, please tell Gerry we won't be coming. I'm really pleased actually 'cos i'm having such a great time at work and I can save the 5 days for a really good trip in the summer to somewhere like Northampton where they have a really good campsite. Who wants to going skiing anywayre: Massive thaw, snows gone...
Northampton is really nice this time of year, and you will be able to take advantage of the heatwave in the UK...I'm sorry Mark, the thaw is a reality (really), today being really mild, the roads awash with melting snow, and it was raining today on my daily trip to Sofia... Of course the fact that it was actually snowing on the mountains is immaterial....

yes leave the slopes to me we have snow in copius amounts and its all mine beer and fun also mine
