Good thanks. I didn't win on the Derby itself but picked out 2 winners on the other races so we finished up even or thereabouts. It was a fun day out with all the regulars from our local pub and we took loads of food and drinks and the rain kep off too in the main.How was your weekend??

Did absolutely nothing.. had a crash with chips, nuts and chocolats, pizza & croissants...
That was a long time ago; just had to do it and now I can go further on the 'healthy' way (I hope)
Went yesterdayevening to a friend; his wife is gone to another one and he's had serious mental problems..Always hoping that she's coming back after 8 weeks! He just want to talk about it coz I now the feeling; I was in the same bad condition 4 years ago..
