Our room had a french window opening onto the balcony.....but they forgot the balcony. Just a 3 storey drop straight down. But they did put a 'Do not open this window' sticker on it so I guess that's ok!

About charigng for the bus - I was never charged all the time I was there which was a week.

They had two minibuses, and dedicated drivers, running every 30 minutes. If you miss the bus it only takes 10 mins max.

Also, try the 45minute massage. My wife had one and thought it was really good although she was surprised to find it was a guy who did it. Paid by VISA and it cost a wopping 13 quid.

They still seem to be building in the complex but it's big and not that busy that I could see. If you don't like your apartment ask to change.

I think you will be happy enough there. I would be more worried about the snow cover.
