Every day that passes is a day you will never see again, all the money in the world cannot buy those days back. I used to work long hours in my own business in the UK, i accrued money that was eaten up by the extortionate living expenses in the UK. That is not the case now. There is also the enviroment in which we live, the local produce, the air, the surroundings.... do i need to go on ??
If it does not relate to a lifestyle, then to what does it ?? As the word announces... the style of your life, and in that i explained my style of life, very differant to what i had endured in the UK...
As for creaming the tourists, perhaps they would be better to comment on that as i feel we are not...
I have pointed this out but we have something in common, our unblinkered opinion of our countries of birth, perhaps in time i will become as synical as you regarding BG, i have not to date, ...

I have pointed this out but we have something in common, our unblinkered opinion of our countries of birth, perhaps in time i will become as synical as you regarding BG, i have not to date, but who knows, it may happen... i am guessing though that you will become disallusioned far sooner with the UK, and move on to fresh fields, good luck in that, but don't leave it to late, our glorious system in the UK has a habit of shrinking your bank balance as well as your liberty....
as this has moved off the subject of mopeds, I'd just like to say that I just spent a few days in Bansko ( for the first time in my new apartment) and I found it very peaceful and relaxing. The fact that the resort was so quite was what was so lovely. The weather was great, and I was able to eat and drink out at very reasonable prices. For example 2 pints and a pizza at lovely Victorias opposite Kempinski cost me about £5. I don't think I can do this in the UK! I've also spent many ...

For example 2 pints and a pizza at lovely Victorias opposite Kempinski cost me about £5. I don't think I can do this in the UK! I've also spent many winters in verbier, chamonix, les arcs, and believe me, my bank balance takes a real hammering. Working in london it is not difficult to see the attractions of the slower pace of life in Bansko. A great example was seeing an old couple on a horse and cart looking extremely happy and content. I'll definitely be taking my summer holidays in Bansko from now on, and can't wait to try some mountain biking. All the best Steve
