I dont know if anyone has seen this but next year there are three new lifts in Borovets. These new lifts are being operated by a new company and will not apparently use the same lift passes, and they are also going to be restricted to skiers only, as borovets is considering allocating one piste for the use of boarders due to the damage to groomed pistes. the run being allocated is apparently yastrebets 3. the new lifts will open up the aresa known as avalanche and should add some 40km of ...

These new lifts are being operated by a new company and will not apparently use the same lift passes, and they are also going to be restricted to skiers only, as borovets is considering allocating one piste for the use of boarders due to the damage to groomed pistes. the run being allocated is apparently yastrebets 3. the new lifts will open up the aresa known as avalanche and should add some 40km of usable slope for the skiers. the cost is about 80m euros and work is due to start immediately. so heres to next year!!
