Greetings all.How many of you are heading to borovets for new years eve?
What are you'r plans etc..? Can't wait to go back there now. Anyone else still getting the Wed 20th webcam shot? I know it's snowed a lot more since then, eager to see how much.

Hi Dann. Going to Borovets For New Year - 2 adults, 2 kids - 9 & 11. Staying at Malina Villages where they have new year "gala dinner", but where else would be good for families in evening? OK to take kids in pubs? Which ones would be best?Yes, still got webcam for 20th - need updated shot.

I want to see the snow as well!!!!! Still showing Wednesday shot and there was loads more snow since then!!
Flying out to Boro on 27 December and wil be there for new year!! It was awsome last year, fireworks everywhere!
Not sure where we're eating yet, but last year it was tickets in most places (and there was a powercut) so we ended up in a little resturant by candle light!
Bottom of the slopes at 11.50pm in time for the kick off at 12 and welcome Bulgria to the EU! Then it'll ...

Me and the gf will be there for new years, from what I heard it should be great. Sounds like there'll be a large british contingent there (although we're aussies living in london atm)

Good too see a good crowd going, in regard to alison, I dont think it will matter too much where you choose to settle New Years Eve, a lot of the bars welcome children, very friendly atmosphere where ever you go.I will probably spend most the night in Buzz Bar or Kareoke Bar (tiger tim). Will be wearing my back tshirt.. look out for SQUIRE on the back of my tshirt with the number 5.
Still no update on the cam.....excitment
Bansko cam looks very good indeed.

Hi Dann17 of us flying from Gatwick on 30th and staying at the Iglika Palace, inc. 9 kids ranging from 19 to 10 yrs old.
We have a Gala Dinner in the hotel, then it's out on the town to dodge the fireworks !!
