I think a run from Mechi chal may head down that way and a bubble lift.

is that planned for the future? how feasible is that? I read somewhere that it would be geographically very tricky to link Chepelare to Snezhanka peak. Where would the bubble lift go from/to?

Look at the Chepelare piste map, it shows a bubble lift shooting off to the left from the top.
