Id just ignore Tamara she is obviously a snob and a boring person who doesnt appreciate a fine fun country like bulgaria and probably has no friends as she is a winger

what a loada tosh--sure there are poor hotels etc....blimey you haven't got to to leave our wonderful shores to be faced with sh8t service etc. Yes, Bulgaria may not be as 'posh' as some Austria/Swiss resorts etc BUT it aint that bad. The people (if you take the time and treat with respect) are mostly wonderful, and the weather cant be helped. More tourists equals more investment, equals improving service.
