Grow up Arron. The weather is critical in order to ski or board. Many folk have decided to slum it in Bulgaria and are now worried that theres going to be no snow for their holidays.Its a shame but perhaps the kick up the backside that the Bulgarians needed. Hopefully they will clean up their act in future years and attract skiers for the correct reasons, not just because its so cheap. many people my decide to pay a bit more and go to a proper established country next year

Not a snob but a `realist` who having visited Bulgaria do believe that you `get what you pay for` and also `get back what you put in`. You pay cheap-you get cheap. you rob-you one day get robbed also.lets be honest its a cheap holiday in cheap conditions with poor accommodation and food.
Yes its enjoyable if you go with an open mind but surely you have to admit that its a bit of a dive

Tamara, do you think really think that the bulgarians keep prices low in order to attract skiers?
The oppisite is actually the case. In winter ( and summer) resorts the prices are higher than in the national marketplace.
We are fortunate enough in the west to have a bit of wealth behind us ( relatively speaking, in comparison with Bulgaria).
The oppisite is true, we should be supporting the bulgarians, through our visits and injection to their economy to become a much stronger ...

I for one dont need to spend thousands more to visit "a proper established country " next time. What you will find happening that many people may leave booking ski holidays to the last minute based upon the conditions at that time

I agree. I love the the place, the people and will continue visiting there and will enjoy it some what more knowing you will not be!LOL Just joking
