Where you going?? I have heard lots of people saying go casual but I myself like to get dressed up now and again so I take my heels with me and a couple of nice tops so I can dress up a few times throughout the week. Depends on which resort you are at and the conditions when you're there. I go to pamps which is all very close together and mostly joined by underground tunnels so can easily get away with heels not sure if thats feasible in other resorts but I reckon I would probably try anyhow ...

Normally when your inside it is extremely hot but obviously to get from one place to the other you will need something because it will be freezing outside. There isn't really any dresscode just casual or smart casual.
Jeans and Uggs about right. I took all jumpers the first year we went ... and I was absolutely roasting! All the bars and hotels are heated to the max, so take some t-shirts or strappy tops and just put your ski jacket on to go outside.
Some people like to dress up when they go for their meal in their hotel, but if you intend going out to bars & Restaurants then go with what is mention above.
Instead of Ugs you can also get snow boots....Pimped up Wellies!!
High heels in slippy & slushy conditions are a no no!!
I struggle with heels at the best of times!
And my Uggs just seem to get soggy...
Millets have some pretty bargainous snow boots... I bought some yesterday for 9.99 and my boyfriend got some for 14.99.
They might not be the best of brands or quality, but they're waterproof and really warm and there's a few designs.
Mine are cream coloured with some laces and details, and greyish brown fur around the top. They look nice, and seen as they're only really going to get a few weeks action a ...

...Although they're quite fun to clomp around the house in...
Heels a definite no no in Borovets, slope up from the gondola towards the Rila where a lot of the bars/restaurants are is treacherous if it turns icy, difficult enough in proper boots!!
Think jeans and snow boots are the way forwards...
