Not particularly brilliant picture because of the scale, but looks to me like Nik!!!!
Seriously, if its the same one I am thinking of, he runs Villa 4 seasons in Samokov town. Not sure if he worked this season as I didn't see him.

Bobby has just come home and we're pretty sure it's not Niki from 4 Seasons - he is bald and has been for 7 or 8 years so would have been by the time you came out but we may be wrong... He is still working in Boro though but only works independently with guests for his hotel / friends / ex-customers etc. He is a friend of Bobby's and he was actually working with him in Borovets last week - if you forward the picture / call him if you still think it is him?
