Northern Boy

Hows it going with the new boots? I got some yesterday and am busy trying to wear them in but god they are so tight! does it get any better?

hi you hope your ok.....must keep wearing them.... did you get them custom fit...must remember they are not like normal shoes as they will never feel perfectly comfortable...

my feet go numb after 15 mins!!! got them fitted at Ellis Bigham at xscape and she said they would be tight. trying to wear them half hour on, half hour off!! got them on with no socks this time to see if my toes still go numb. got no other probs with them though.she said i need to get 20 hours in before use!!!

Better to have your socks on but the buckles as loose as you can...bottom 2 buckles can be on lowest setting and then try the others where they are comfortable..


Was wearing mine around the office and will do again tommorow just look like one of the prisoners from face off though...not the easiest things to walk around in

do your toes go numb though? it says in the book that came with the boots that if you experience numbness you should stop wearing them!!!

I would take them back to ellis brigham and tell them.... toes shouldn't go numb...

if your around at 9.00 tomm night going down to xscape for final practise run..

hi, will have to go either tomorrow or tues before 7 when shop shuts. Had them on 4 hours in total now and can only stand them for 15 mins at a time now cos ankles are sore and a bit swollen. Doubt i will still be there at 9 if i go tomorrow!!

remember you need to go an hour before they shut otherwise they wont even look at helping at ellis brigham..


had the holiday haircut and final ski tonight so can't wait....

phoned them today and have to phone tomorrow to see if this particular guy is in . If he is i'll go tomorrow when i finish on site cos i can just go straight there and try to get there before the rush!!!

The sole of the inner liner has come unglued....has yours>?

Gonna have to have more footbeds done i think!!

Dont be fallin over and breakin something cos you owe me a pint!!!!!!
