Back is much better- still off work as my job involves quite a bit of fighting! (and restraining)sso taking it easy at the momment.
Will probably take it easy on the slpoes next year just in case it hurts again, but thanks, yes much improved!
Just waiting for the white stuff now!

Great to see you are coming back - I remember the week you were there with all the Swansea guys with their orange wigs!! Bobby and I will be around this year and will be great to catch up again!
