Other Resorts

Hi All,


I am looking to go somewhere diffrent thank Bulgaria this year. I was in Pamprovo last year and had a super time, snow was average but no the less it was a great time for a first time skier, Olovets Hotel is Lovely!Nicest in the Resort.
Can anyone advise on other resorts in Italy,France,Austria? Just fancy a change of country.

if your an inexperienced skier I would stick to bulgeria try Bansko, basically rhe cost of ski passes ect in the other country would be a waste of money.

i agree with sam another year in bulgaria would be good try boro that will test you a little more on and off the slopes

Courchevel is a great resort. Head to 1630 and just buy a courchevel pass rather than 3 vallees. Long gentle slopes at 1630 where you will be able to practice your turns and stuff (what ever you skiers do ) then experience 1850 and if you confidence builds get a day pass for the 3 vallees and do all of them

Or Avoriaz as above and closer to Geneva airport.

We have been to Borovets for the last 3 years, fancy a change, and have just booked a fully catered chalet in Les Menuires in the 3 valleys, outdoor hot tub, sauna etc
for £429 including lift pass,
