If he has only worn them once then they will be like new and will give the more you wear them.I had problems with my toes tingling when I first got my boots - I took all socks off in the end and they were perfect. I now wear them with very thin trouser socks and no problems at all. You don't always have to wear thick socks so sometimes that can make a difference too.

Absolutely. I don't know about board boots but I can't ski with thick socks

You will enjoy boarding more than sking - can guarantee it! The key is to let yourself go and not be so rigid! If your going fast then great! don't panic as you can always stop!Not coming over this time - I only just got back from Australia with my other half on the weekend so our boards are tucked away until next season.
