It is fantastic news that the children will be taking something. I think this is also good for our UK children as in comparison most of them have got so much and it is good for them to know that they are helping others less fortunate.
I have started a new thread for school parties, until today I am not sure why none of us thought about asking for donations this way, so thank you for your help but also for your post.
I am not sure if you have heard about Slavcho and Yuri - I have asked people if they could send them a card. Yuri is in hospital and is so scared and alone. Would it please be possible for your party perhaps to include a letter or card for both these boys with all the children signing. I think it would mean so much to them to know others are thinking of them and they are not alone in this world.
