Pete,

Pete,
I'm so sorry. Please remove my vote. I had some new reading glasses for Christmas and they are not quite right.
I thought we were voting for POSER of the year. Wink

Pete, it would be you, but as you say youre exempt, shame.

Although I am not a regular contributor, I read the site regularly, I have noticed that Kas is able to put honest information but with positive comments on the site, not only does this help people make informed decisions, it can also dispell myths generated by the less well informed. This attitude not only re-enforces the ethos of these discussion boards but in my opionion also promotes the name of those willing to provide the ...

This attitude not only re-enforces the ethos of these discussion boards but in my opionion also promotes the name of those willing to provide the facility. For that reason my vote goes to Kas.
Also Kas good look for the future.

May I also wish all of you moderators and all posters and readers a happy and hopefully white New Year. Smile Smile Smile

Pete,

As you know I was absent from this site for a few years, but to now see what's been going on in the meantime is quite eyeopening.

Your commitment to this site, over a number of years, is incredible. Always helpful, informative and amusing.

I am not in a position to vote on the POSTER of the year but from all the posters I feel empowered to thank you for all your input.

This is still one of the best forums on the entire internet and in no small part due to your efforts Pete ...

I'm lost for words buddy!

We seem to have at last lost the few posters who did their upmost to bring this site down. I knew that they would never be able to do that - but we did lose some great people along the way who were understandably put off.

Like yourself, I sincerely hope that 2010 will see both this forum, and the Summer forum return to the brilliant sites they were just a few years ago.

My sincere thanks also has to go to Arron, who became a moderator this year and ...

Really pleased your back Nudger - hopefully it's for good!

re: POSTER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2009

My vote has to be for KAS...
I have enjoyed the interesting and diverse contributions from those that love to ski in Bulgaria, or otherwise ! but have to say, Kas' posts regarding snow conditions and simply how to get the best from a Bulgarian ski holiday have been the most helpful to the most people, in my opinion.
Well done to all those involved in this forum, it is a credit to you.
