Pamporovo Plaza - Pete

Hi Pete / anyone,

Can you advise if you know anything about Pamporovo Plaza? - Is building on it still going ahead.

Just wondering as I have put a deposit down on this some time ago, but finding some difficultly contacting the developer.

Pete - Thanks a lot. From what I understand it's at the junction of the Smolyan road and the road to the mountain top.

Would really appreciate if you could let me know as much info as possible, as I bought it off plan and have never visited the place. Also if it's in the village or close to it, and if you can ski from it's doorstep.

OPC is the Offplancollective forum - do a search on google and you will find it. It is a forum for people who have bought offplan where they can discuss, in private, with other investors in the same development.

It also means we can keep all the 'boring' talk about developers and investments away from this forum, leaving room for all the really important stuff like ' how much snow is there?' and 'who can ski the wall backwards' and priority stuff like that. Not to mention the countdown to all your holidays in BG. I'm not going this year and am soooooooo jealous.
