Pamporovo

Hi all, theres a group of us heading to pamporovo next week, all skiing for the first time but it looks like theres no snow at the moment, what can we do there if theres no snow ?or is there snow higher up that would suit beginners

no snow cant ski!! looks like swimming in hotels swimming pools or drinking!

Pick mushrooms? you are still a week away so cross fingers and hope for a bit more snow and you will be fine at the top.

Fantastic webcam picture yesterday, Jan17 11:01, with a horse grazing on the nursery slope.

Or perhaps it's a donkey on holiday from Blackpool.

Seriously though, the green slope is at the far left of the picture and there is still some snow on there. The slope in the middle faces south and catches all the sun.

yep - saw that horse as well - not the kind of pics you want to see when your heading off "skiing" for the first time lol we fly out on the 27th as well, 6 of us - there'll be lots of if we cant ski

that horse on the webcam picture is funny! i was there this time last year and the snow we had was brilliant..coming down so heavy for the whole week there was probably too much!

procman mine and the wifes first time too maybe see you in the ski school we fly from edinburgh on the 28th
