We saw the new cannons in the summer that were ready to install, and they had already installed some. We spoke to the guys and they said they planned to be ready for the winter - fingers crossed
When locals say "planned to be ready for the winter" means you ain't got a chance in hell, maybe 2012. Last year they couldn't even cut saplings down from the middle of the runs.
Cannons are one thing - conditions are another. You can have all the snow cannons in the world there, but if the temps are not right then they are of no use whatsoever.
