I have piled most of the stuff I am taking in the corner of the bedroom already, much to the annoyance of the missus.

I am so going over the top. Items that I am taking that are not really necessary:-
1. Two types of ski wax (one for wet snow and the other for another type). Why did I bother - I don't like going too fast, it scares me.
2. More ski socks than the whole of the resort would be able to wear all season (you can never have enough).
3. Some funky lip salve that goes round your neck - you have to see it to believe it.
4. 3 pairs of ski goggles - a man cannot be seen in the same pair two days running.
5. Ski boots for my son - what a waste of money - he grow out of them by the third day.
6. More medicines and potions than my local Boots. (You never know I may catch glandula fever or be stung by a stray malaria ridden mosquito).
7. Camera - never get round to using the blooming thing. Last year I had 24 snaps of us arriving back at Gatwick.
8. The telephone number of our instructor last year - as if I would ever ring it!
9. Hand warmer. One problem is that you have to submerge in boiling water for 10 minutes. I am sure room service will become a little weary of this request by the Tuesday.
10. A notepad - so I can make lists. Is this website - it makes you formulate bl@*dy lists.
