Pamporovo is better than Borovets because of the more beautiful nature,the tower on the top is a benchmark of the resort.The runs are siutable for beginners, intermediate and profisional skiers.Borovets has longer runs which is better, but the resort does not have the charizma of PAMPOROVO!!!!re: Pamps vs Boro
damn right!!! pamps got the attitude!! i love pamps especially the night life but could find a place to book this year
so have to go to borovets!! i'll enjoy the long runs and look for a few places to

To anyone who hasn't been to Pamps and thinks that the Schnezanka Tower is "ugly" it's not, it's just like a smaller version of Toronto's spinning cafe, except it doesn't spin. You can see the whole of Bulgaria and on a clear day right across to Greece! Anyhoo, the skiing is much better in Pamporovo, if you go fast enough you can miss any flat bits anyway, whereas going too fast in Boro is likely to get you killed with all the soddin rocks. Have a good one wherever you're going this year ...
