Pamps web cam

Hi

Why is the webcam placed over a car park even the previous view was rubbish before they moved it,surely it would be better to show more of the slopes like the other 2 resorts.

Could it be moved, I'm sure Pete could sort it out, hes the man!!!!

What happens if you have paid for the ski school/hire in advance. Will the tour operator refund the money or will you have to claim it back through insurance?

Have a look at the terms and conditions!

re: Pamps web cam

LR, what's the fault of your tour operator that the weather in Bulagria is warm in the spring and the snow is melting? You have taken this risk when you booked your vacation.

re: Pamps web cam

Most insurance companies only pay out on pieste closure. If any runs are open then that is not deemed as pieste closure.

Probably why they will do anything to keep at least 1 run open.

Visited the mid station webcam again, ( as I do most days ), and can't understand why there's a problem with keeping the snow, as the temperature, according to the data below the piccie is minus 4.3 degrees ! ( Maybe the fact that it's been showing that temp. for the past 5 weeks indicates that some maintenance is overdue ???).
Luckily, we had some snow there in January, but even then we ended up walking in the very warm afternoons.
Sorry for all the guys and gals still to visit, but ...

Sorry for all the guys and gals still to visit, but there's plenty of other things to be doing there.
Me and er' indoors are off for some glacier skiing next weekend, but will be back to see our mates in Pamp's again next winter if all's back to normal.

re: Pamps web cam

We were told by Thompsons if all the areas were closed and we did not even get 1 days skiing then we would be refunded for lessons and hire at the resort, but even 1 days skiing meant no refund.

I think you'll find it done on a daily basis.
