Went to borovets last year had a great time, this year looking at going somewhere different and my girlfriend has seen the video of when her dad went to pamps!We are looking for a hotel quite close to the lifts and restaurants any suggestions?

Pamps-great choice.....well you dont get any nearer the slopes than the Markony--lovely cosy place--family run, about 8 rooms (tho I hear they have added a few more), log fires, the works, Quiet at night for a good nights sleep, and only a Fiver taxi ride from the main center.....alternative is to stay near the center but you wont be near the slopes---depends if you prefer night life immediately on the front door, or if you want to be by the slope and a small ride from the nightlife. we stay ...

i stayed in the Pamporovo, and would recommend it. The bus journey to the slopes isn't too long, and can be quite exciting on occassions (taxis beware)re: Pamps

I dont really know how the resort is set out but that sounds perfect, we like the odd night but not too much ;-)Is it private bookings only or is there a package deal,and do you have rough prices?

Antz--I believe it is a Balkan Holiday Hotel only regarding tour operator bookings--they have a vacancy according to the internet site 365 each adult half boardre: Pamps
