Am I right in thinking this is near Pamps? Snwoing anyway is good news wherever it is!

Can any veteran Pampophiles work out where this cam is situated (I have bookmarked it, to add to my ever-increasing list of Pamps webcams) ?

I have been half a dozen times myself but I'm not quite sure where this one is placed.
