Photo's for lift passes

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if photo's are required for lift passes in Borovets?

Many Thanks

What, you're kidding, right? The travel op here told us we needed pics for 6-day passes... I'm confused now.

re: Photo's for lift passes

No you definitely don't need photos. We've been going to Pamps since 2004 and have never needed one.
You'll get a little plastic 'swipe card' that you keep in an outer pocket (sleeve works best) and you just wave it in front of a machine. You do have to pay a deposit (around 6 levs) for it, but you get your money back when you hand in your pass at the end of your holiday.
Your travel op needs to get his facts right!
