Pirin Springs Intrepid Investments

Hi there, this is my 1st post, has anyone else invested in the Pirin Springs, ski in - ski out project offered by Intrepid Investments, CEO Scott Huggins, this company is now in liquidation and there is little or no chance of getting anything back, so much for my 2 bed 2 bathroom appartment.

Feel free to cantact me if you are on the same sinking ship, cheers Andy

re: Pirin Springs Intrepid Investments

Apparently, it is not in liquidation, just eternally dormant, it would still be nice to hear from other investors.

re: Pirin Springs Intrepid Investments

Hi Andy
We've had a recent conversation with Scott Huggins about our investment, can you speak with the liquidators and ask for them to release your contact details to us and we'll do the same (rather not post on this website).

Mr Huggins is very negative about us speaking with other people involved and maybe we need to all get to together to find out exactly what is going on.

Thanks
Alan

Andy,

I am also an investor in Pirin Springs and I have just found your details on this website after looking up Pirin Springs Ltd.

I know you wrote on the forum a while ago and I was wondering if you have had an luck with Intrepid.

They have just sent me through details about converting the debt into shares and I am just considering all options.

It would be good to chat to someone in the same boat.

Charles

Hi Charles, I received the same form and just filled it and hope for the best, the whole thing has been a nightmare from day one but with a bit of Luck Scott will make good the best he can and salvage it, I think once converted into shares it will be nailed closed for the medium term 5 years or so at which point depending on the financial landscape the lid will be opened and the land will be sold or possibly it will be handled by a developer who will provide shares in the project and whole ...
Hi Charles, I received the same form and just filled it and hope for the best, the whole thing has been a nightmare from day one but with a bit of Luck Scott will make good the best he can and salvage it, I think once converted into shares it will be nailed closed for the medium term 5 years or so at which point depending on the financial landscape the lid will be opened and the land will be sold or possibly it will be handled by a developer who will provide shares in the project and whole saga will begin again, what would be nice is that a buyer honoured the original agreement and developed the project and gave us the apartment we paid for originally but there is little hope of that, how long this project can remain in tact before the kitty is empty and it becomes a distressed sale only time will tell, I know that the architects for one were still owed, don't know if they would have the power to force the sale which would be disaster at this moment in time.
