Plovdiv

Hello out there. Been a reading all your messages this week all sounds good.

What I wanna know is what the transfer time is from Plovdiv to Borovets.

Its longer than from Sofia I think around 2-2.5 hours the airport is a bit basic!

cheers for that I thought it was about 4 hours but 2 hours is much better

The transfer time is 3:30 hours.

oh bugger!!!!

3.30 hours is rubish especially on a no doubt crappy form of transport coach from the 60's style....

is always good when gets there though......

I cant ever remember it taking more than 2.5 hours but its always been late at night so less traffic maybe?

we did the borovets to plovidv on sunday 12th Feb and it took exactly 2 hours we left the hotel at 7am and arrived dead on 9am, nice scenic journey down hill, dont know if i would like it up hill, we were diverted to Sofia going so i didnt experience it.

Takes anywhere between two and two and a half hours depending upon snow on the roads etc. This is lateer in the evening, cant comment on afternoon or early arrivals.
Plovdiv airport is basic being an old military establishment, but go prepared (take a little nip for the journey in your hand luggage and time flys!).

the exact transfer time from plovdiv to borovets is 2 hours and 15 minutes. we do this journey every year.
